The design was inspired by the bloody incident that happened in Banten few months ago where a horde of militant brainless muslims mobs attacked a village, tortured and stoned 3 people to death just because they had a different way to see their belief. And they hanged the bodies afterward. And unfortunately, the footage of the killing appeared on youtube. And oh-its-so-"religious"! I can stand gory horror movie, but not for a real footage!
